Ms. Danielle
Meet Dani, a teacher and musician who loves supporting others on their musical journey. As a dedicated music educator with over 10 years of experience, Dani prioritizes the needs of students and encourages their voices to be heard throughout the learning process. She believes that building relationships with both the student and their family members helps create a positive learning environment. She most recently graduated from Arizona State University in 2020 with her Master of Music in Music Education and taught middle school orchestra in the Tempe Elementary School District for three years. Before that, Dani lived in Illinois where she attended Northern Illinois University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Bachelor of Arts Psychology in 2017.
Dani is currently in the first violin section in the Chandler Symphony Orchestra. She also has performed in the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra (KSO) and attended music camps across the country such as Illinois Summer Youth Music (ISYM) at the University of Illinois, Birch Creek Symphony in Door County, Wisconsin, and Lyceum Music Festival in Midway, Utah.
Dani teaches students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. She is certified in the Suzuki Method for violin and offers a learning style that combines both rote learning (by ear) with note learning (sheet music). Lessons are available to students interested in learning piano and violin (beginner through advanced), as well as beginners on viola, cello, and bass. Dani looks forward to working with you and being a mentor and teacher throughout your musical journey!
